For Ill And Disabled
I want to take a few minutes to welcome you to the Hope for the Ill and
Disabled Section of Titus 2 Men and Women. In my mind I can hear some
of you yelling; "I don't want a welcome, I want a cure!" Unfortunately,
I can't promise you an immediate cure. Would you settle for HOPE?
Some of the people who are reading this site have just learned that they
or a loved one is terminally ill. Some have been told that their child
will never be "normal", whatever that may be. Some have faced
permanent catastrophic injury. Some live daily with chronic illness of
one type or another. All of us have to reach the point of mental acceptance,
order our thoughts and focus on the promises and possibilities of God.
John 9:2-4
"And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this
man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath
this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be
made manifest in him. I must work the works of him that sent me, while
it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work."
As you read through this section may you find encouragement in the victories
that have been won by others who have accepted that God is able. May you
find comfort in knowing that God will be manifest in your situation if
you allow Him to show Himself in and through you.
