The Purpose of Titus 2 Men And Women

To Assist God's Work By Spiritually Building Individual Christians

Titus 2:1-6
2:1		But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine:
2:2		That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.
2:3		The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
2:4		That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
2:5		To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
2:6		Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.

In Titus chapter 2 verses 1-6 God instructs His children to teach other Christians by their example of living and by their words. The people involved with this web site have submitted themselves to God for this purpose: To teach the Word of God has the instruction and answers for all of the situations of life a Christian can face-- and that God, the Great I AM / JEHOVAH / Lord Jesus Christ of scripture is in Sovereign control and abundantly enough for every one of those situations.

Our heart's desire:

• Glorify God in all that we say and do.
• Build up, edify, and strengthen the faith and daily living of others.
• Give Bible based answers to life's problems: (Striving to be biblicists in doing so; making sure we see and understand that what we say is clearly taught in the Bible.)
• Provide mentor/leadership to Christians for spiritual growth and direction
• Give hurting hearts HOPE by providing testimonies of help and victory in Christ.
• Point Christians to God's healing power for every ill in life; spiritual, physical, emotional and mental.
• Point those who do not know Christ as Saviour to God's free gift of salvation.

The Titus 2 Men And Women website has undergone many changes since its inception on June 5, 2001, with many more planned this year! The site's original purpose was to meet God's requirement stated in Titus 2 verses 3 through 5. Notice we have added verses 1, 2, and 6. We were going to help women be better Christians. Sounds easy, doesn't it?

We quickly found out there was a HUGE need for this type of website....now turning into a ministry.... literally, all over the world. God quickly began to show us these needs and, since God goes before us, started adding people to our ministry to assist in meeting these needs. Praise God! He is ABLE to meet these needs! We are certain, as God continues to reveal His Perfect Will for this site, changes will continue on with this site.
